You will find a list of reference materials for each program in the written exam descriptions, in the Candidate Handbooks, or in the Training Resources section of the website.
What can you recommend to help me prepare for exams?
It is definitely beneficial to review the written and practical exam outlines for your program. The outlines identify and detail the key knowledge areas you will be tested on. Both written and practical exam outlines can be printed from each program’s web page or the appropriate Candidate Handbook. Beyond that, it is up to the candidate to determine how to prepare. Options include self-study based on the reference materials list, classroom-style training, or online training.
